1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• In original packaging, with all tags or seals intact

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
• Magazines or books (unless damaged)

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at team@paradis.digital with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable service—we’re not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
