All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure online payments via:

• Shopify Payments

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship with Bpost, Belgium’s official postal service.

We currently deliver within Belgium, the EU, and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging, with tags (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

We do our best to accurately present all items. However, due to the nature of limited-run, handmade, or vintage-style products, slight variations in color or finish may occur.

Prices may change without prior notice. In the case of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.
