1. Delivery
We ship all orders using Bpost, Belgium’s official postal service. We currently deliver within Belgium, across the EU, and to selected international destinations.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. Final rates are shown before you confirm your payment.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — we’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via Bpost.

6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at team@paradis.digital. We’ll work with Bpost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
